Efird Appraisals is an independent commercial and residential real estate appraisal firm. George H, Efird, MAI serves as the founder and president of the firm since 1980. For over 40 years he has provided commercial and residential property valuation services throughout North Carolina and South Carolina for many of the nation’s largest banks, lenders and owners. He is proficient across a wide range of property types and assignments including but not limited to, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, single-family homes, condos, and townhomes. George is committed to ongoing excellence in the appraisal field and has earned the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is also a native Charlottean and a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and has a Bachelor’s in economics.
